Orders will be posted either Tuesday or Fridays or within 3 working days of ordering.

Please note, on occasions shipping times and days may vary due to external circumstances outside of our control. We really appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated if any problem arises.

UK 

✩ Royal Mail Tracked 48 (aims for 2-3 working days) - £3.95

Bundle orders for UK customers are automatically eligible for free shipping.

International 

We ship worldwide

Your delivery may be subject to VAT & Duty charges by your country's customs department by your local courier (USPS, AusPost, SwissPost, etc). Please note that as the recipient you are responsible for all import fees which can vary depending on country. If you have any further questions on this we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information. This cost is not included in the price of the products or shipping and must be paid by the customer otherwise your parcel will be sent back.

We have no control over the cost of taxes and duties. Before placing your order, we encourage you to research the import taxes and duties charges in your delivery destination.

International Tracked 

Europe

Not including Switzerland and Norway 

Shipping will range from £9 to £15, the final shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of your basket.

US* + Rest of World

Shipping will range from £12 to £25, the final shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of your basket.

Notice (*)
US customers are to pay a 10% tax fee in order to cover the necessary import tariff required by UK parcels entering the US. This is automatically calculated and applied at checkout.

Returns

Please ensure you read the description of the item and view the images carefully. We aim to inspect and ensure the condition of every item is described as accurately as possible. Exceptions for a refund will apply if an item is significantly not as described.

If that is the case, please email hey@aoiaoi.co.uk with photos + a brief description of the fault so we can get back to you ASAP and sort out the issue. 

Unauthorised returns will be rejected.
