Please ensure you read the description of the item and view the images carefully. We aim to inspect and ensure the condition of every item is described as accurately as possible. Exceptions for a refund may apply if an item is significantly not as described.

If that is the case, please email hey@aoiaoi.co.uk with photos + a brief description of the fault so we can get back to you ASAP and sort out the issue. 

Unauthorised returns will be rejected.
